Order Information:
1. Our resources are shipped from Bridgeton, Missouri.
2. Processing can take 2-4 days though generally, it only takes 1 day. However, for rush or expedited shipping (UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver) we will process immediately and send the item that day if possible.
3. Our standard shipping methods are USPS Media Mail and UPS ground. These methods have no time or date guarantee. Our expedited shipping methods include UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver and they do have time/delivery guarantees.
4. Rush or expedited orders received after 12 pm central time Monday - Thursday will generally ship the next day. Rush or expedited orders received after 12 pm central time on Fridays will ship on the next Monday unless that day is a holiday.
5. If for some reason, we can not meet your expedited shipping, we will contact you immediately.
6. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

1. Shipping costs are calculated in real time based upon the weight and size of the items you ordering. We add no handling fee.
2. We offer several methods for shipping. Please check each option in order to find the best shipping cost for the items you have ordered.

USPS Media Mail: 1- 2 weeks (not guaranteed)
USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days (not guaranteed)
1 – 5 business days within the contiguous U.S.
3 – 7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii
UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1 Business Day guaranteed (US)
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days guaranteed (US)
UPS 3 Day Select: 3 Business Days guaranteed (US)
UPS Standard (Canada): 2 - 7 business days (not guaranteed)
UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2 - 5 business days (not guaranteed)
5. If you are ordering from Canada or internationally, please note that BMI is not responsible for customs charges or delays that may occur at the border or when parcels cross international boundaries.
6. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sundays without an additional fee. We do not offer Saturday delivery with UPS. UPS delivers on business days which do not include holidays. For shipments that are due on holidays, UPS will deliver them the next business day.
