Return Policy

Return Policy

Before returning any product, please email us at fulfillment@blackaby.org and explain the situation. We will assign you a return number. We cannot offer a refund or exchange without first receiving this email, and returns sent without a return number cannot be processed.

International Customers

Please contact us via email at fulfillment@blackaby.org before returning any product, so we can advise you on the process.

U.S. & Canadian Customers

  1. Defective, incorrect, or damaged items (except downloaded material) may be returned within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly ship a replacement, and we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.
  2. Items you are not satisfied with (not as expected, wrong size, etc.) may be returned within 60 days of receipt, in salable condition, for an exchange or a refund of the merchandise cost only (shipping costs are not refunded).
  3. Unused items may be returned within 60 days of receipt if undamaged and in salable condition, for a refund of the merchandise cost only (shipping costs are not refunded). See the media note below.
  4. CDs, DVDs, and other physical media may be returned for a refund only if UNOPENED. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement with the same item (for example, if the item is defective).
  5. Imprinted or personalized items may not be returned for replacement or refund unless the item or the imprint is defective.
  6. Downloaded or digital material may not be returned for a refund. Defective downloads will be replaced.
  7. Refunds are issued to your original payment method for the merchandise cost only, after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
  8. Any return that does not comply with this policy may be subject to a significant restocking fee, at our discretion.
