Shipping & Order Information
Order Processing
- Our resources are shipped from Bridgeton, Missouri.
- Processing generally takes 1-2 business days, though it can take as many as four days. For rush or expedited shipping (2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver) we process immediately and ship the same day when possible.
- Our standard shipping methods are USPS Media Mail and UPS Ground, which have no delivery-date guarantee. Our expedited methods are 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver, which have committed delivery dates (see the note below).
- Rush or expedited orders received after 12 pm Central Time, Monday–Thursday, will generally ship the next business day. Those received after 12 pm Central Time on Friday will ship the following Monday, unless that day is a holiday.
- If for any reason we cannot meet your expedited shipping, we will contact you immediately.
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated in real time based on the weight and size of the items you are ordering. We add no handling fee. Several shipping methods are offered at checkout — please compare the options to find the best cost for your order.

Delivery times are estimates. UPS may suspend its money-back service guarantee during peak seasons, severe weather, or other disruptions. Transit times do not include order processing time.
International & Canadian Orders
If you are ordering from Canada or internationally, please note that Blackaby Ministries (BMI) is not responsible for customs charges, duties, or delays that may occur at the border or when parcels cross international boundaries.
Weekend & Holiday Delivery
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays without an additional fee, and we do not offer Saturday delivery. UPS delivers on business days, which do not include holidays; shipments scheduled to arrive on a holiday will be delivered the next business day.
